ASU Here I Come

So its official I am a non-degree seeking student at Arizona State University(ranked as one of the nation’s top 20 party schools, I'm going from one extreme to the next), which means I'm still going to get my diploma from BYU so that's exciting. School starts on August 24th and I am taking two classes. It was really hard for us to decide If I should go to ASU because tuition for a non-resident for two classes is 4500 and full time at BYU is 2100. Quite a difference, I definitely feel blessed to have had the opportunity to go to BYU and I'm so excited that I still get to graduate a COUGAR!!!

I went to UWM out here in WI as a non-degree seeking student to finish up 1 class for BYU. I was really worried about paying resident tuition BUT I found out that if you move to a state for either you or your spouse to start full time work then you're considered a resident. I know almost every state does this same thing. I found out by researching a ton about it. The school didn't even tell me at all about it, I had to ask. I would talk to a counselor so you can get resident tuition because you definitely should get it!

Sorry that was way long! If you have any questions about it email me (lindseylu@gmail.com).

That is crazy how expensive it is! Tuition here at ISU is deff more than BYU too. But not too bad. You do get spoiled going to a church school. But that;s awesome that you get to still graduate a Cougar! Hope you are doing well!! Love you. PS Dane got home from the Mission yesterday. Talked to him today. He has a heavy country accent. So funny!

I still wish you were actually going to be at BYU. I mean how and just jana and i supposed to have pointless study sessions without you. Plus, now i will have no one to feel stupid with when Jana comes out with a 95 and I get a 76 (if im lucky)!

Congratulations sweetie! I'm super glad your graduating a Cougar, its something I always wanted but never got, I had to settle for graduating a lowly Ute. Maybe someday I'll get my law degree from BYU and then it will make more sense to people that I am a Cougar Club member.
