nursery ideas

Just found these on etsy and decided I have to have one. We are pretty sure the babies names will start with J and A, but I might have to change them ;) just so I can get the L.  The middle name is going to probably start with an L does that work?

moments that matter most

"We would do well to slow down a little, focus on the significant, lift up our eyes, and truly see the things that matter most"

I love this video! It make me so excited to become a mom. I hope I can remember this everyday.

knudsen family reunion

My blog has been lacking majorly lately, mostly because my motivation level for writing and uploading pictures has drastically decreased and pinning always seems so much more appealing when I'm sitting on the computer.
So here is me having a little motivation...

Last weekend we had a family reunion on Greg's moms side of the family. It was a perfect little trip...besides the million bug bites I got. We were able to get the camping feeling, but me and babies got to sleep on our comfy air mattress. I love my family and am so glad I married into such an awesome one.

christmas music

Over the weekend I was folding laundry and listening to my ipod on shuffle and a Christmas song came on, normally I would skip it cause even though I put my Christmas tree up last year in the beginning of November I don't start listening to Christmas music in July. Well I listened to it because all I could think of was how we will be holding babies like these during Christmas and instead of two stockings there will be four stockings hanging on our mantel. I can't wait!!

july 4th

Happy belated 4th of July!  I wish it wasn't over already. Although the fact that we are one week closer to meeting our babies is something to smile about. Over the weekend we celebrated The Chad's birthday!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY Chaddy!! We love you. Glad Cortney picked you cause you're an awesome brother in law.
We had a barbecue, played games, went to Stadium Fire...
It was a great show, I always get teary eyed. I'm so thankful for all the amazing people that are out there serving our country especially my college roomies hubby. I haven't had many of my family serve overseas and it really brought everything home to me seeing the sacrifices she and her hubby are making to protect all of us. I feel so blessed to be living in America!

Little Liam came with us to the stadium,  it was so cute watching him during the show he was completely entranced by everything. Maybe we will bring our babies next year :)

On Monday we enjoyed the fireworks in our front yard with our neighbors. I love the fourth I think besides Christmas it is one of my favorite holidays. Hope you all enjoyed yours!
